1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or engaging with any services provided by PartyBoost ("we," "us," "our"), you ("the client") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Engagement

No service will commence without a signed agreement or service contract. A formal contract outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms will be provided prior to the start of any project or event.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in the contract, A non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings.Full payment must be made by the due date listed in the contract. Late payments may incur a fee or lead to service cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the terms outlined in the signed contract. Deposits are typically non-refundable due to planning and scheduling commitments.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely access to venues, contacts, or resources necessary for PartyBoost to deliver the agreed-upon services. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines or incur additional charges.

6. Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartyBoost shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the services provided. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service under dispute. We are not liable for third-party failures, weather conditions, or unforeseeable events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, designs, or content created by PartyBoost remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in the contract. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, labor strikes, or pandemics.

9. Amendments

PartyBoost reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
