Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing PartyBoost! We value your trust and are committed to providing excellent service for your event. Please read our refund and payment policy carefully before booking.

Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your booking. All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This covers preliminary planning, administrative work, and loss of reserved dates.

Final Balance
The remaining balance is due no later than 2 months (60 days) prior to the event date. If the balance is not paid by the due date, PartyBoost reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made after the balance has been paid will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but no guarantees of a refund can be made. In the event of cancellation by PartyBoost due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund (including the deposit) will be issued.

Changes to Your Booking
